We’re bringing the cocktail party to you with Shake It Up!, an interactive mixology class led by the pros from Grapes & Rye. You’ll enjoy a welcome cocktail, then learn to craft two signature summer drinks—with expert instruction, hands-on fun, and plenty of laughs along the way.
You'll leave with your own cocktail shaker, jigger, recipe cards, and new skills to impress your friends at your next happy hour.

September 24: Spirits at Sunset
Join Cask & Cork for an enchanting evening on the patio at Encantada Cocina, where scenic views of Blue Hole meet bold Texas flavor.
Spirits at Sunset is a curated four-course dinner where each creation has been expertly paired with a handcrafted cocktail featuring Blue Weber Agave Vodka from the award-winning Weber Ranch Distillery from Muenster, Texas.
Encantada’s culinary team will introduce each dish and the Master Distiller from Weber Ranch will guide us through the tasting experience sharing the story behind each spirit and the inspiration for every cocktail.
It’s an evening full of flavor, conversation, and Texas hospitality, all set to the backdrop of a gorgeous sunset along the San Gabriel River.

Baked Profiterole- whipped goat cheese, pickled red onion, salsa verde
