The Cask & Cork Club opens the doors for an unforgettable culinary journey through Scotland’s Highlands. Each course, served family style , will be paired with a distinctive Scotch whisky, revealing the depth, warmth, and spirit of the Highlands in every sip.
Savor alderwood smoked quail and jalapeño cheddar sausage alongside the smooth richness of Glenfiddich 15 Year Solera Reserve. Finish your evening with The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year — a whisky as lush and complex as the chocolate bark it accompanies.
Wine lovers may opt for a curated red or white selection upon reservation.
